The Peace That Comes With Tithing

Herewith the Ten Reasons To Tithe:

• To Honour The Creator- God Almighty
• To Acknowledge my Heritage
• To fulfill The Covenant
• To show my love to my Father, my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (He already did so much for us. Remember the book of John Chapter 3 verse 16, ” For God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son…)
• To fulfil an obligation
• To escape condemnation – (Malachi chapter 3 verse 8 – 9 , another word for cheat there is, double – cross, deceive, rip – off , bamboozle, betray)
• To spread the Gospel
• To avoid a curse
• To enjoy God’s blessings
• To be consistent

Trust in the Lord with your finances we have a Father who never ever fails us. Philippians 4 verse 19 reads, “my God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in Christ glory to them that love Him to them who are the called.”

No-matter the situation, no-matter what we may be going through right now, still continue to trust the Lord with your finances, our bank account is not of this World. We live in this world but we are not of this wold.

The Book of 1 Samuel 30 Verse 4 & 6

Your daily scriptural devotion for today [Scripture taken from the King James Version of the Bible]

The Book of 1 Samuel chapter 30 verses 4 and 6 

“Meditation brings about revelation. Find yourself a quiet and solace place surrounded by nature as this helps to enhance your spirituality”

And it reads:

4″ Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep,” 6 And David was greatly distressed ; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.”

Take note of that last bit of the scripture, it informs us that when David had no strength found in him any more, he encouraged himself in the Lord his God.

Sometimes the pressures of life can knock us rock bottom, pressure from every corner, unpaid bills, marital distress, disappointments in our careers, rejection from friends and family, weakness and failure, stress, loneliness, affliction and sickness, suicidal thoughts, loss of a loved one, pornography, lies, mortgage, repossession, addictions I could go on with this list.

Be like David, in the midst of all of your problems, YES His name is worthy to be praised! Uplifted! Glorified! Do not stop glorifying the name of Jesus! All the above mentioned storms of life and those not mentioned have all been nailed on the Cross of Calvary! He has paid it all! Whatever the situation you may be going through right now, remember it will not be found in your future because all of this is a preparation for the future.

Remember what the Word tells us…”all things they work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called in Christ!”

Tell yourself that all things are working together for my good! Amen! This is how you encourage yourself in the Lord! It is well with you! It is well with your soul! We are playing by a different set of rules!

Yes, let there be light in your affliction!

Yes let there be light in that disappointment! Let there be light in that difficulty!

The Egyptian you may be facing today you shall see no more! Hence the reason why I say to you today, the situation you are in today will not be found in your future! All this is to prepare us for the future, your future, the assignment that God has for you!

God said through his prophet Jeremiah to us…” For I know the thoughts that I think toward you saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and an expected end.”

2018 is YOUR YEAR OF TEARING DOWN STRONGHOLDS! Therefore tear them down! Take charge of your life! Encourage yourself in the Lord like David did! You will recover all that the enemy has stolen from you!

Glory be to His name now and forevermore!

” 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 

” 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

This is the creation our Lord God made on the very first day! I am here to encourage you, everyday should be your first day of life again!

Everyday, God gives you the gift of life!

He gives your children and your dear ones the gift of life always. Be grateful for life! Have dominion everyday even in disappointments!

God spoke and commanded light to come into existence on the first day! I say to you, right now let there be light in your life! Darkness and Light can never mix! Heaven and Hell can never mix! God and Satan can never mix! Therefore, let there be light in your life!

Open up your mouth right now and begin to command light to exist in your life! That spirit of confusion is darkness! Begin to command it out and say, ” Let there be light in my mind in the name of Jesus” !

That bondage you may be in it is darkness! Command that bondage to be broken in the name of Jesus! Let there be light! That light that worketh in the Lord, may it work for you today!

” And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by. ”

” For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day.”

Take note of that, the Lord wants us to write down our visions in plain tablets so that every

The Book of Matthew Chapter 23 verse 12

Greetings to all our beloved faithful brethren and to all the saints in Christ our Lord Jesus, grace and peace be unto you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Your Daily Scriptural Devotion for today: (Scripture taken from the Amplified Version of the Bible).

The Book of Matthew Chapter number 23 verse 12 and it reads as follows:

” Whoever exalts himself [with haughtiness and empty pride] shall be humbled (brought low), and whoever humbles himself [whoever has a modest opinion of himself and behaves accordingly] shall be raised to honor.  “

Take note of that, the Word of God, this is Jesus, those who walk in the Spirit of humility the Lord shall exalt them!

Remember, it was the Spirit behind pride that caused the downfall of Lucifer. He wanted to be like God! He rebelled against God. Be a Child of God with a difference. Learn to love, love can be taught.

See, Jesus has taught us how to love. John chapter 3 verse 16 talks about, ” For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever shall believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

You ask the Lord Jesus, God help me to love enough. Clothe yourself with the Spirit of Humility. The Holy Spirit is the best teacher and He will help you gladly. The Lord shall raise to honor a man who is indeed humble. Let this year of 2018 be different for you!
